MEET THE THERAPIST
Hello, I'm Jessica - the owner of Rapid Speech Therapy LLC, and a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. I received my Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology in 2018. I have worked with hundreds of children, from toddlers through high school.
I am extremely passionate about the power of Early Intervention - The earlier that services are delivered, the more likely children are to develop effective communication and literacy skills, so that they can achieve success in school and beyond.
SPEECH
Speech Therapy targets learning the correct placement for your mouth's articulators (e.g., lips, tongue) to correctly produce speech sounds (e.g., M, K, R). Speech Sound Disorders may include: Articulation, Stuttering and Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
LANGUAGE
Language Therapy targets skills such as: getting wants and needs met, following directions, answering questions, learning new vocabulary, creating grammatically correct sentences, trialing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and more!
FAMILY EMPOWERMENT SCHOLARSHIP
We are an approved provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA)! This Florida-based scholarship is available to students age 3 through 22 with a variety of diagnoses, including speech-language impairment.
